You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Content in its entirety without attribution

4. Intellectual Property
All Content on Setup, including text, graphics, videos, logos, templates, and software, is the property of Festa Design Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The methodologies taught (Problem Tree Analysis, Stakeholder Mapping, Theory of Change, Logical Framework) are established frameworks from the international development sector. Setup's presentation, templates, and instructional materials are original works owned by Festa Design Studio.
5. Attribution Requirements
When using Setup templates or significantly referencing our methodologies in your work, we appreciate (but do not legally require) attribution such as:
"Project design tools adapted from Setup Your Project for Success by Festa Design Studio"
6. User-Generated Content
If Setup offers features for user comments, feedback, or community contributions in the future, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of improving Setup's educational offerings.
7. Third-Party Links and Tools
Setup may reference third-party tools (such as Model Context Protocol for AI-assisted research). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

- Use of our methodologies will result in successful project outcomes or funding

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Festa Design Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Use or inability to use Setup content
- Errors or omissions in Content
- Decisions made based on information provided in Setup
- Project outcomes, funding results, or implementation challenges
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Festa Design Studio from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Setup content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
