• Written guides and step-by-step instructions
• Downloadable templates (Excel, Word, PDF)
• Diagrams, illustrations, and visual materials
• Website design and user interface
• Software code and technical implementation

...is protected by copyright law and owned by Festa Design Studio unless otherwise noted.

Methodologies & Frameworks

Setup teaches established project design methodologies from the international development and nonprofit sectors. We acknowledge the original developers of these frameworks:

• Problem Tree Analysis: Adapted from GTZ (now GIZ) problem analysis frameworks
• Stakeholder Analysis: Based on power-interest matrix and stakeholder mapping practices
• Theory of Change: Inspired by ActKnowledge and Center for Theory of Change methodologies
• Logical Framework (Logframe): Standard tool developed by USAID and widely used by international donors

These methodologies are in the public domain or widely used in the nonprofit sector. Setup's presentation, instructional approach, and templates are original works.

License for Educational Use

Festa Design Studio grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

1. Access and View: Use Setup content for personal educational purposes
2. Download Templates: Download and adapt provided templates for use in your nonprofit or social enterprise projects
3. Reference Methodologies: Apply learned frameworks to your own project design work
4. Share Links: Direct others to Setup content via URL links

Restrictions

You may not, without explicit written permission from Festa Design Studio:

• Reproduce or republish Setup content in its entirety on other websites or platforms
• Sell, license, or commercialize Setup content, videos, or templates
• Modify and redistribute Setup materials as your own work
• Remove copyright notices, attributions, or branding from downloaded materials
• Use Setup content for commercial training programs without licensing

While not legally required, we appreciate attribution when you significantly reference Setup methodologies or use our templates in your work. Suggested attribution:
